Throughout her career, she has led multi-state sales organizations, managed multimillion-dollar businesses, developed high-performing teams, and partnered closely with independent business owners to drive sustainable growth. Most recently, Ashley helped build and scale an emerging consumer brand, expanding its retail presence from the ground up while maintaining a strong focus on customer relationships and retention. She is passionate about consultative selling, developing people, and helping business owners identify opportunities that strengthen both their customer experience and long-term performance. Ashley is excited to bring that experience to Cairn Partners and support funeral homes and cemeteries as they grow and serve their communities.
