Cairn of Excellence Terms and Conditions

  • Program objectives are set for purposes of the award program only and are not general requirements for doing business with Cairn Partners or any of its subsidiaries.​

  • Progress statements reflect current month and program-to-date net sales information.​​

  • Social security number, not individual agent number, determines all qualifying sales.​

  • Award amounts are based on gross face preneed sales for all commissionable insurance business.​

  • As a condition of being eligible to qualify for any of the program awards, all agents and sales managers understand, acknowledge and agree that Cairn Partners has the sole and exclusive right to determine which agents and sales managers qualify for program awards. Cairn Partners also reserves the right to evaluate and withhold any award. Situations that may result in loss of an award include, but are not limited to:​

  • An excessive number of contracts written during the award period that result in any kind of termination during the first contract year.​

  • A funeral home’s or agent’s commission account in debit status; or​

  • An agent who is no longer actively writing for Cairn Partners.​

  • In all matters relating to the interpretation, evaluation and application of any rules or phase of the program, Cairn Partners decision shall be final.​

  • Net Sales = Total gross face less any charge backs, RPU’s or any reduced commissionable events.
